Our UK mainland deliveries are sent with Hermes (Standard Delivery) or DPD (Orders over £100 in value or Premium Delivery) on a tracked service, with a one hour delivery time slot notification and options to customise your delivery if you're not going to be home. For Highlands and Islands we use Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Standard Delivery is £3.95 and with you in 2 to 3 working days. We usually dispatch same day if ordered by 1pm and the following working day if ordered after 1pm.
Premium Delivery is £5.95 and prioritised to be delivered on the next working day if your order is placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. If ordering after 1pm on Friday, or over the weekend, the delivery will be on Tuesday. Premium Delivery is not possible for Highlands and Islands.
