Our UK mainland deliveries are sent with DPD on a tracked service, with a one hour delivery time slot notification and options to customise your delivery if you're not going to be home. For Highlands and Islands we use Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Standard Delivery is £3.95 or FREE on orders over £50 and with you in 1 to 2 working days. We usually dispatch same day if ordered by 1pm and the following working day if ordered after 1pm.
Premium Delivery is £5.95 and prioritised to be delivered on the next working day if your order is placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. If ordering over the weekend, the delivery will be on Tuesday. Premium Delivery is not possible for Highlands and Islands.
Initially ordered it for my grandson’s birthday but due to problems with suppliers it was delayed by several weeks. However I was kept informed of the delay with realistic estimates of when it would arrive. Well worth the wait, very well made and my grandson loved his Christmas present.
